WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS LOSING MONEY, TIME AND CONTROL?
The Efficiency Method identifies what is costing you money and time, then helps put the structure, systems and control in place to fix it. The result: lower costs, fewer mistakes, more productive teams and a business that runs better without everything depending on you.
NO OBLIGATION.
SMALL OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS QUICKLY BECOME EXPENSIVE.
- Repeated mistakes. The same problem keeps costing you time and money.
- Poor handovers.Important details get lost between people, teams or shifts.
- Delays.One hold-up creates a knock-on effect across the business.
- Missing information.People lose productive time searching for what they need.
- Staff waiting for answers.Work stops while someone waits for you to make a decision.
- Work being done twice.Time and payroll are spent repeating work you’ve already paid for.

WHO YOU WILL BE TALKING TO
Thirty years of finding what other people miss
I built a recycling business to £8 million and lost it in the 2008 crash. That taught me more about operational fragility than thirty years of consultancy ever could.
I was the first certified Lead Auditor worldwide for the EN 50625 and EN 50614 standards, and I was also a qualified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditor. I have sat on a number of standards development boards, chairing two of them and bringing a practical, real-world industry perspective to the development of those standards. I have also been appointed by government to advise on compliance and the development of regulation in key industry sectors.
I do not write reports and leave. I find the problem, and then I stay long enough to fix it.
